Cancellation Policy

1. Rental Spaces and Events

• Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance: Full refund
  
• Cancellations made 3–6 days in advance: 50% refund
  
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the event: No refund
  

2. Digital Products and Online Content

• Due to the nature of digital goods (e.g. online courses, eBooks, videos), no refunds will be issued once the content has been accessed or downloaded.
  

3. Custom Artworks (e.g., “Ningen Dog”)

• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
  
• If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of placing the order, a full refund may be issued if production has not started.
  

4. Accommodation (Minpaku)

• Cancellation policies follow the rules set by the platform (e.g., Airbnb or similar). Please refer to the relevant booking page.
